About the project
Al Monitor is a new media platform dedicated to in-depth coverage and analysis of the Middle East. It brings together journalists from across the Middle East, including Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and Turkey. The platform also has daily translations from 20 news organizations in the region. Its content is regularly referenced in The Wall Street Journal, Time, Reuters, Le Monde, The New York Times, The Economist, and many other publications.

The platform uncovers trends while covering the news and boasts media partnerships with two dozen regional publications.
