About Blockcap
Blockcap, Inc. (the “Company” or “Blockcap”), was founded by blockchain industry veterans, who have successfully structured or founded other large technology companies including the largest blockchain infrastructure company in the United States, Core Scientific, Inc. (“Core Scientific”). Presently, we believe Blockcap is one of the largest independent mining operators in North America.
While currently engaged in mining operations in North America, Blockcap aims to diversify its operations and acquire blockchain assets in geographically important regions that are technologically important to the space.
Since 2012 the founders of Blockcap have been involved in mining with CPU, GPU's and Asics. In addition, they have created software which is important for blockchain, and the full scale build out of blockchain hosting facilities in excess of 300MW of power.
As blockchain and its ancillary businesses flourish, Blockcap intends to participate and contribute to the ecosystem in a positive manner into the future. The Company strives to be both environmentally conscious as well as representing a sound, compliant and transparent business.
