What is CaixaPay / CXP ?
We at CaixaPay believe that cryptocurrencies are here to be a step up from regular money. This means improving the speed of transactions while reducing the cost, giving access to money to more people with lesser restrictions and limitations, giving more freedom to transact. The beauty to send a digital value to anyone on this planet without a border. It is the most fundamental right without the permission of central banks and corrupted governments.
CaixaPay was created to fulfill all of these criterias – to become a digital version of money that people can use all around the world.
CaixaPay is a cryptocurrency that is aiming to solve the scalability issues that other coins like Bitcoin are facing at the moment. By using a new DAG based algorithm CaixaPay isn’t just a simple ERC20 token.
Unlike 90% of all the others coins CaixaPay runs on its own network. CXP currently has a speed of around 10,000 transactions per second, which will increase as more users and transactions are used on the network.
