China Zheshang Bank (“CZBank”) is one of the 12 national joint-stock commercial banks approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (“CBIRC”). Headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, CZBank is the only national joint-stock commercial bank headquartered in Zhejiang. CZBank officially commenced operations on August 18, 2004 and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 30, 2016 (Stock Code: 2016). As of December 31, 2018, CZBank had established 242 branch outlets, effectively covering the Yangtze River Delta, the Bohai Rim, the Pearl River Delta and certain areas in Central and Western China. On April 21, 2017, their first holding subsidiary – Zheyin Financial Leasing officially commenced operations. On December 19, 2017, CZBank was granted the banking license by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and became a licensed bank of Hong Kong, thus speeding up the pace of international layout.On April 10,2018,Hong Kong Branch of CZBANK formally started operations.

Since the commencement of business operations, CZBank has been pursuing steady development based in Zhejiang Province in accordance with the requirements proposed at the time of their incorporation by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the then Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee. Consequently, CZBank has become a high-quality commercial bank boasting a solid foundation, strong profitability, rapid growth and prudent risk control. As of December 31, 2018, their total assets amounted to RMB1.65 trillion, the balance of customer deposits was RMB974.8 billion, and the total loans and advances to customers was RMB865.2 billion, representing an increase of 7.15%, 13.26% and 28.59% on a year-on-year basis; and the non-performing loan ratio was 1.20%. CZBank moved up 20 places to rank 111st in terms of tier-one capital and moved up 9 places to rank 100th in terms of total assets among the “Top 1000 World Banks 2017” released by the British magazine The Banker. China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd. assigned AAA corporate credit rating to CZBank, which is the highest among financial institutions.
