Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (ZVCA) is a private equity investment association legally registered with the Civil Affairs Department of China. Currently, ZVCA has a dozen members of well-known institutions like Sequoia Capital, Tianxing Capital, Cybernaut, Qianhai FOF, Inno angel, Cowin Capital, China Equity Group, SBCVC, IVY capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, etc, as well as members of listed companies such as TASLY, Zhongchang Data, VIE Group, CDV, Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health, Asian investment finance, Huiyin Smart Community, etc, and members of well-known large real estate groups like New Hope Group, San Sheng Hong Ye, Kingkey Group, Xingpai Group, Glory, XYRE, etc and members of large financial groups like Minsheng Securities, Pacific Securities, Harbin Bank, Yillionbank, etc, and members of large enterprise investment groups like Guoxin Fund Management Co., Ltd, China SDIC GaoXin Industrial Investment Corp., Ltd, CCT Fund Management Co. Ltd, Yueda Group, etc. Our members together manage more than two trillion (US$ 400billion) of assets. In light of Zhongguancun’s innovative and pioneering spirit, and in collaboration with various think-tanks in Beijing, ZVCA organizes nearly 10 overseas business delegations and dozens of project matching events every year. •Provide more than 500 projects to members every year. The projects range from early stage to pre-IPO, with focus on high-tech, health care, life science, clean energy, agriculture, new media, etc.
•Deliver more than 100 member events per year, including road shows, oversea business delegations, domestic and international conferences.
•Promote cross-border investment and cooperation.
•Provide one-stop solution for international organizations to enter Chinese market, e.g. Company or office registration, tax reduction, orientation for government policy, channel building, business network, etc.
•Set industry standards and represent the community in the industry legislation.
•Develop strategic partnership with governments, portfolio companies and other investment associations.
•Collaborate with leading academic institutions in China to provide research and business training support to members.
