Alfa is an open-source platform that enables everyone to participate in a network of decentralized, peer-to-peer marketplaces through a connected calendar experience. The platform initially targets the global sharing economy, allowing buyers and sellers of fractional-use goods and services (data-sharing, car-sharing, service-based tasks, home-sharing, etc.) to publish and transact on the distributed, open web.

Using the Enzo Open Network (‘EON’) Polychain Technology, Zero Knowledge Proof (‘ZKP’), and Interplanetary File System (‘IPFS’), Alfa and its community participants are fully decentralized, allowing for the creation and booking of services and goods without traditional intermediaries. To accomplish these ambitious goals, we intend to launch the Alfa platform with built-in incentives that encourage other technologists, businesses, and consumers to build, contribute, and extend the ecosystem.
