About the project
Blocktrade is developing and operating an institutional-grade crypto asset exchange which will be licensed as Multilateral Trading Facility in Europe, with focus on cutting edge tech, highest security standards and great UX. With a great team that bootstrapped the development to a point that the exchange is operational, we are on the mission to change how capital markets operate on both primary markets (how companies raise money) and on the secondary markets (where securities are being traded) by using latest technologies including blockchain.

MTFs can list all financial instruments (stocks, bonds, derivatives - tokenised or not). - Cutting Edge Technology: Matching engine that can process more than one million trades per second and has 10 times the processing power than the NASDAQ. - Experienced Management Team: Combines start up founders with FinTech backgrounds, leading technologists who’ve held pivotal roles developing systems for the oldest and largest European cryptocurrency exchange, FinTech regulatory specialists in EU securities laws, proven professionals in the areas of product branding, marketing and customer acquisition, financial operators with tracks records of execution, and deep industry expertise acquired from former positions at Bitstamp, the HFT trading firm Finančni Trgi, Hypo Bank, Deutsche Bank Private Equity, NiceHash, Deloitte, Outfit7. - Partnerships: expecting 150+ security tokens for potential listing in our pipeline from partners like Securitize, Polymath, Neufund and others.
